This is a used Cassette that I bought at an Estate Sale, looks to be in Very Good Condition, but I have not played them. So I am selling them "AS IS". they have only been visually inspected. But I really see no problems in them playing. As of this listing I have sold 6 of these Cassettes with no reported problems. Thank You!

The Stanley Brothers: Carter Stanley (vocals, guitar); Ralph Stanley (vocals, banjo). Additional personnel: Curley Lambert (mandolin, background vocals); Vernon Derrick (fiddle, background vocals); Chick Stripling (upright bass). Includes liner notes by Chuck Young. Digitally remastered by Randall Merryman. Coming from the same rural area of Virginia as the more famous Carter Family, Carter (lead vocals, guitar) and Ralph (tenor harmonies, banjo) Stanley, backed by their Clinch Mountain Boys, played traditional bluegrass as well as it has ever been played. Recorded on February 8, 1961, three years into their seven-year stint with Nashville's King/Stanley Records--widely considered their prime era--OLD COUNTRY CHURCH consists entirely of traditional bluegrass church music. With the assistance of Curley Lambert (mandolin), Vernon Derrick (fiddle) and Chick Stripling (bass), the Stanleys essay vocal duets, quartets and trios with both s#@$% and feeling. OLD COUNTRY CHURCH is of interest to all fans of traditional bluegrass, regardless of religious persuasion...
